Salary: £13 - £14/hour

Our client, a reputable and forward-thinking organisation based in Aldermaston, is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join their operations team on a temporary basis for an initial period of 1 month.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to support the smooth running of international logistics, purchase orders, and customer fulfilment within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and track purchase orders with vendors

Manage inbound international freight forwarding and vendor shipments

Monitor and coordinate customer deliveries to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment

Produce and maintain regular operational reports

Provide general administrative support to the operations team as required

Candidate Requirements:

Proven administrative experience within an operations or logistics environment

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes

Confident with numbers and basic data handling

ERP experience preferred (ideally NetSuite)

Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive approach
