£37,885 pro rata (£55,250 FTE)

We are working with a well-established organisation in Croydon who are looking to appoint a Health & Safety and Facilities Manager on a part-time basis.
This is a key role responsible for ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-managed working environment, alongside overseeing facilities operations and contractor management.
The Role
- Lead on all aspects of health and safety across the organisation
- Ensure compliance with UK health and safety legislation
- Oversee facilities management and day-to-day site operations
- Manage contractors, suppliers, and service agreements
- Monitor budgets and support facilities-related projects
- Line manage a Facilities Coordinator (currently being recruited)
Working Pattern
- 24 hours per week, across 4 - 5 days
- Minimum 2 days in the office (initially 3 days on-site during onboarding)
Requirements
- NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent) or strong relevant experience
- Previous experience in facilities or office management
- Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and compliance
- Experience managing contractors, budgets, and projects
- Full right to work in the UK
Additional Information
- Candidates must be available to start by 13 April 2026 to allow for a full handover period
