Drivers Mates Wanted - Tuesday to Saturday - £12.71 per hour - 07:00 Start - Thetford, Norfolk

We're currently recruiting Drivers Mates on behalf of our client, a well-known high street retailer, looking to boost numbers over the summer months.

Inductions next week!

Position Details:

• Days: Tuesday to Saturday
• Start Time: 07:00
• Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
• Location: Thetford, Norfolk
• Role Type: Ongoing / Temporary to Permanent

Duties Include:

• Assisting the driver with the delivery of white goods and electronics (e.g. fridges, washing machines, TVs, and other household appliances) to customer homes
• Loading and unloading goods safely
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery points
• Ensuring delivery paperwork is completed accurately
• Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Must be physically fit (manual handling required)
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Must attend a site induction before starting
• Must be willing to have a DBS check applied for on your behalf
• Previous experience as a Drivers Mate or in a similar role preferred, but not essential
