Operational Support Administrator
Our client, a global organisation is currently seeking an Operational Support Administrator for an immediate start to join their team on a permanent basis working Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00.

* Do you have GCSE grades or equivalent?
If so, this could be the role for you!
As the Operational Support Administrator you will provide accurate and timely inputting of operational data and administrative support for the business.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Utilising the internal systems such as WaMS, TMS and QMS including data input, creating sales order lines, checking deliveries and raising POs whilst ensuring accuracy of information across the systems.
* Supporting the Environmental team by liaising with septic tank customers, taking payments, cheque input and banking.
* Collate KPI information from various sources, inputting the data into weekly & monthly reports to distribute to the business & clients.
* Completing daily administrative tasks such as ordering consumables, stationary and booking loads into our sites and supplier sites.
* Be a strong team player, proactively assisting colleagues undertaking ad-hoc duties and providing annual leave cover for other Operations Support duties as required.
* Assisting the Management Team with Administrative duties when required including responding to enquiries through the main office telephone number.
* Completing administrative duties for the Bulks department including data entry, recording stock levels and communicating these to the business and clients.
* Input charges into the AX system, ensuring amounts are correct according to client contracts and complete for invoicing.
* Maintain training matrix and book training.
* Organising offshore travel.
The successful Operational Support Administrator candidate will have previous experience/knowledge of using various software packages including Microsoft word and Excel. You must also have strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and in writing.
