Our client, a highly successful accountancy practice, is seeking a confident and organised Secretary to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join this leading accountancy firm for someone with previous experience within a Secretarial role, who has strong audio typing skills.

This Secretary position is based in the City of London and hours of work will be 9 am - 5 pm - with some requirement to work beyond this when necessary.

The main responsibilities for this Secretary are:

*Diary management
*Arranging internal and external meetings and calls
*Answering phones and screen/ transfer calls
*Typing/ formatting/ proof reading documents
*Audio typing/ digital dictation
*Organise travel and prepare expense claims

We are looking for Secretary's who have:

*Previous Secretarial experience within an accountancy environment
*Advanced MS Office skills
*Accurate proof reading and audio typing / digital dictation skills
*The ability to communicate effectively at all levels
*The ability to work with strong attention to detail, grammar and spelling
*The ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload
