Multi Trade Operative - East London
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multi Trade Operative to join a contractor based in East London on a permanent basis, offering a salary of £38,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will be confident working in occupied social housing properties, carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance across a range of trades.
Location:
* East London
Working Hours:
* 08:00am - 17:00pm
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Carry out multi-trade repairs and maintenance works including:
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Tiling
- Painting & decorating
- Plastering
* Work within occupied social housing properties
* Complete reactive maintenance tasks to a high standard
* Provide own basic hand and power tools
* Optional out-of-hours work
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a multi trade operative
* Experience working within social housing properties
* Ability to work professionally and independently in occupied homes
* Must have use of a smartphone (jobs issued via an app - BYOD allowance paid at £20 per month)
* Drug and alcohol testing will be carried out on the day of induction
