Noble Recruiting are currently recruiting a confident and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our friendly and proactive Client in West Thurrock, Essex to control and run their Night Shift.
Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Your responsibilities include:You will be responsible for overseeing the night shift warehouse performance and ensuring the smooth running of the operations.
·Lead, manage and plan all aspects of the night shift in the Warehouse.
·Achieve operational objectives and ensure KPI’s are met.
·Manage and coach the team.
·Promote and ensure compliance with our policies and procedures, including health and safety.
·Implement and develop new initiatives ensuring best practice and processes are improved and followed.
·Stock management and control.
·Ensure smooth and accurate despatch of all vehicles.
·Promote positive communication with drivers / shift handovers.
·Monitor Team KPI's and performance reviews.
·Complete stock damages, investigations and related admin as required.
·Liaise with day shift & various parties within the business such as sales or transport.
You will need:
·Confident and outgoing individual.
·Valid & in-date Counterbalance Forklift Certificate would be beneficial to the role.
·Excellent people and operations management track record.
·recently had working experience utilising a WMS system - implementing and rolled out training to staff within your team.
·Confidence with the ability to take responsibility and make decisions in a pressurised environment
·Reliable individual with excellent communication skills.
·Ability to learn quickly, respond positively to changing demands, embrace and implement new ideas.
·Good time management skills.
·Own Transport is essential due to the location & hours of the position.
·UK resident and the right to work in the UK.
