The Role

You will work with the organisation to provide support for Microsoft Dynamics and our own Add-on products. You will be exposed to a wide range of tools and business processes. This is a great opportunity to learn about solution delivery and support on the Microsoft Power Platform

Essential Responsibilities And Duties

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents from our Global Customer base.
• Install and build solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform
• Implement new projects with our solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills
• Logical thinker with experience with IT solutions
• Any experience with IT sales / marketing software would be a bonus
• The applicant must have the right to work in the UK.

Competencies

• A familiarity with general Microsoft Office software
• Enjoy and understand IT platform solutions in general.
• Great customer focus
• Show initiative to identify and solve interesting technical problems and share the results with the wider organisation
• The ability to communicate internally and externally.
