Adecco Public Sector is proud to be working in partnership with an innovative and ambitious Education establishment to recruit an HR Business Partner on a fixed-term contract for 12 months.

Full-time with hybrid working available.

Based in Worcestershire

Salary: circa £42,000

As the HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to provide advice and guidance on complex HR issues such as employee relations, succession planning, performance, well-being, staff retention, and organisational development.

You will be instrumental in building and developing effective relationships with stakeholders across your designated business area, and to develop and implement HR strategies and policies that are aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives.

This is a key role in implementing proactive solutions and management for a range of employee relations matters and assist in resolution at an early stage. You will coach and support managers regarding all employee relations matters.

Candidate Requirements

Significant experience in an HR Business Partnering or Advisory role in a large organisation.
Extensive experience managing employee relations caseload and dealing with complex casework.
Previous experience of working with Trade Unions.
Experience in implementing new people-related initiatives and ways of working.
Previous experience of developing and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders across all levels and can influence and be the trusted advisor for your department.
Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
