Registered Nurse - Elderly Nursing Home - NMC Pin Essential

Location: Ripon, North Yorkshire

Hourly Rate: £20.66 - £22.33 per hour (DOE)

Contracted Hours: 37.5 hours per week (including weekends and bank holidays)

PLEASE NOTE: A valid and in-date NMC pin is essential for this position. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship currently.

Overview:

We are proud to be partnering with a highly regarded, not-for-profit care provider to appoint a Registered Nurse for a well-established nursing and dementia care home based in Ripon, North Yorkshire.

This purpose-built service provides specialist care for older adults and veterans, offering a warm, supportive environment where staff make a genuine impact. With on-site nursing and dementia support, this is a great opportunity for a clinically strong nurse who enjoys delivering hands-on care in a team that values respect, dignity and professionalism.

You'll lead on clinical delivery, oversee care planning, mentor junior staff, and ensure residents receive safe, compassionate and personalised support.

Requirements:

* Active NMC registration (RGN or RMN) - Adult

* Minimum 1 year experience in elderly care or a nursing home setting

* Confident in care planning, medication administration, and shift leadership

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care

* Able to work 3 shifts over 7 days, including weekends

Commutable From:

Ripon, Harrogate, Knaresborough, Boroughbridge, Thirsk, Northallerton, Wetherby, and surrounding areas.
