Key Responsibilities

Support pupils with behavioural and emotional needs in both classroom and one-to-one settings.
Implement behaviour management strategies and encourage positive choices.
Work closely with teachers and SENCO to create tailored support plans.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Requirements

Previous experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs.
Strong communication and resilience skills.
Ability to build positive relationships and maintain boundaries.
A valid DBS or willingness to obtain one.
