Salary: £32,000 basic, £57,000 OTE (Top earners £63,000+)

Are you passionate about property sales and ready to take the next step in your career? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing developer with multiple sites launching across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, including new projects in Hitchin and the wider Beds area.

As a Sales Executive, you'll be the face of the development, guiding buyers through their new homes journey - from first enquiry to reservation. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, hitting sales targets, and ensuring each client has a seamless experience.

This role offers fantastic earning potential, with top performers currently taking home around £63,000 OTE. You'll also benefit from having one weekend off per month, ensuring a healthier work-life balance than many sales roles.

We're looking for a motivated individual with:

• Previous property sales experience (new homes, estate agency, or similar).

• A proven ability to build rapport and guide customers through the buying journey.

• Strong negotiation skills and a target-driven mindset.

• A proactive, can-do attitude and the drive to succeed in a competitive market.

This role could suit someone more junior in their career who's ready to step up into new homes sales, provided you have a solid foundation in property sales.
