As a reception teacher, you'll work with pupils from a range of backgrounds, so understanding, flexibility and strong behaviour-management skills are essential. While your main focus will be Reception, you may occasionally support Nursery, making adaptability a real advantage. The school is ideally looking for someone available Monday, Wednesday & Friday, but they're happy to be flexible for the right candidate.
