Mechanical Supervisor

Location: Canary Wharf, East London Close to Central London
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (LTD also available)

A Mechanical Supervisor is required to join a large-scale mixed-use development in Canary Wharf, involving the mechanical installation across 530 plots. The project includes commercial space and high-end residential apartments, requiring someone with high standards of quality and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise mechanical operatives and ensure efficient progress across multiple cores

*

Coordinate with electrical, sprinkler, and main contractor teams

*

Manage daily H&S documentation, toolbox talks, and site inductions

*

Oversee installation of heating, chilled water, and boosted cold water systems

*

Ensure quality control and assist with commissioning preparation

Requirements:

*

Background in mechanical supervision within mixed-use or high-rise projects

*

Experience delivering multi-plot projects to tight deadlines

*

SSSTS or SMSTS and CSCS essential

*

Excellent communication and documentation skills

*

Mechanical Qualifications are essential.
