Area Sales Representative - Decorative Interiors - Kents, Sussex, Surrey - Up to £40k basic (negotiable dependent on experience) + uncapped commission + company car

A well-established international interiors brand is expanding its footprint across the South of England—and we're looking for a driven Area Sales Representative to lead growth across Kent, Sussex, and Surrey.

You'll be joining a global brand that operates in over 50 countries. Their product range includes interior decorative walls, cladding, flooring, and skirting. With manufacturing facilities across Europe and Asia, they offer both innovation and heritage in equal measure.

If you have experience in field sales, enjoy working with decorative or building products, and love the thrill of developing new business, this could be the ideal next step.

What you'll be doing:

Driving new business in the interiors and decorative cladding space
Managing and expanding an existing customer base
Selling across retail, distribution, DIY, and contractor channels
Covering a regional patch across Kent, Sussex, and Surrey
Regular client visits and field work—this is not a desk job
Reporting on pipeline activity and local market insights

We're looking for someone who:

Previous experience in field, territory or area sales of field sales
Comes from the interiors, building materials, or a technical product background
Is confident in business development and account management
Can work independently with strong negotiation and closing skills
Is goal-driven and commercially savvy
Holds a full UK driving licence
