Key Responsibilities and Activities

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all units are productionised prior to being passed to production (either internally or at a sub-contractor), this involves ensuring that all paperwork, drawings, BOMs, concessions, tooling and any other items critical for production are available and fit for purpose prior to the job being started. The role will be responsible for defining and managing the Design to Production transition activities required and ensuring they are the most effective way of ensuring quality. In addition, the role will be responsible for championing a culture of change regarding our approach to productisation through learning and development / training of our whole team.

* Fabrication experience

* CNC or plastics experience ideal

* Experience linking between design and production

* Engineering background or experience
