Production Operativesw with FLT License - AM & PM Shifts (Driffield)

Location: Driffield, East Yorkshire

SureStaffing UK Ltd is currently recruiting Production Operatives with FLT License for our client, a reputable and growing manufacturing business based in Driffield. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company with a focus on quality and team collaboration.

Please note: This is not a full-time forklift role - the position involves approximately 70% general operative work and 30% FLT driving.

Shifts & Pay Rates for Production Operatives

• Days : £12.71 per hour
• Nights :£13.21 per hour
• Shifts: 12-hour shifts, AM and PM available
• Full-time hours with potential for overtime

Ideal Candidate for the role of Production Operatives will Have:

• A valid FLT Counterbalance licence
• Experience working in warehouse, factory, or production environments
• Ability to carry out manual handling tasks as part of general operative duties
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Own transport or ability to reliably commute to Driffield

Key Responsibilities of Production Operatives:

• Operating Counterbalance Forklift Truck (30% of the role)
• Supporting general operations and production lines (70% of the role)
• Picking, packing, and stock movement
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all company health & safety policies
