Description

This ER Manager role will play a key part in the HR team, supporting a manufacturing site of over 1000 employees.

Providing expert advice on a range of ER issues
Developing and implementing ER policies and procedures
Collaborating with the wider HR team on strategic initiatives
Conducting investigations and advising on disciplinary procedures
Delivering training and guidance to managers on ER best practices
Contributing to the continuous improvement of ER processes
Ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies
Supporting change management activities within the organisationProfile

The successful ER Manager will have:

A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, ideally CIPD qualified
Excellent knowledge of ER practices and legislation
Good employment law knowledge
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
Able to start immediately or on short noticeJob Offer

The interim ER Manager role offers:

A competitive salary range of £35-55,000 per year
6 month fixed term contract
Hybrid working, 3 days on site in Leeds area
