Private Client Solicitor

£45,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience)
We are currently seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our client, a well-established legal team based in Lewes. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with a strong background in private client work to develop their career within a supportive and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting wills and providing comprehensive estate planning advice, including lifetime gifting strategies
- Advising on the creation, administration, and termination of trusts
- Managing probate and estate administration, including advising on Deeds of Variation
- Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified solicitor with approximately 5 years' post-qualification experience in Private Client law
- Knowledge of trust taxation is desirable
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Professional and client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
- Flexible, resilient, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience in managing or supervising junior team members would be advantageous
