Junior Property Manager - Block Management

Hexagon are delighted to partner with a niche Block Management company, who after a successful first half of the year; are looking to recruit a Junior Block Manager to enhance their block management team.

In this role you will assist a Property Manager with the portfolio of blocks in the South East of London, where you will be supporting to help maintain the lease agreements and budgets, whilst being trained to maintain them yourself. In addition, you will help assure that necessary works are arranged and carried out throughout sites and assure health and safety is compliant.

The ideal candidate will hold some knowledge within property management and an interest for the sector. Have a desire to want to bolster their knowledge and skills on legislation, budgeting, leases. You will have amazing communication and organisation skills, whilst remaining outgoing, confident and have a desire to provide outstanding customer service.
