Are you a passionate and reliable Level 3 Teaching Assistant with experience in an Early Years or Nursery setting? Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a dedicated EYFS practitioner to join a welcoming primary school in Chesterfield from January 2026 until July 2026.

We are looking for a nurturing and proactive TA to support children within the EYFS/Nursery provision each afternoon. You will work closely with the class teacher and wider Early Years team to create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment.

• Supporting children with their learning, development, and daily routines

• Assisting with small-group work and learning through play

• Encouraging speech, language, and social development

• Following school safeguarding and behaviour policies

• Providing a calm, positive, and encouraging presence

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent Early Years qualification)

• Experience working in a Nursery or Early Years Foundation Stage setting

• Ability to build positive relationships with children and staff

• A patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach

• A valid enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
