What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment support-from posting roles and screening applications to interview coordination and onboarding.
- Act as the key point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive journey at every stage.
- Provide hiring managers with timely support and clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Keep accurate records in the ATS system and prepare all necessary onboarding documentation for new starters.
- Work closely with colleagues in Recruitment and the wider People team to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Handle confidential information with care while championing a first-class candidate experience.
What You'll Bring:
- Previous experience in recruitment coordination is ideal, but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Confident communicator-both written and verbal-with a warm, approachable manner.
- Solid administrative skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (experience with ATS systems is a plus).
- Attention to detail, discretion, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
