About the Role:We are working with a leading global organisation to recruit an experienced Payroll Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team where you will manage a portfolio of clients and deliver end-to-end UK payroll services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for a varied portfolio of payroll clients, ensuring outstanding service delivery.
  • Process end-to-end payrolls across multiple headcounts and complexities.
  • Create payroll calendars and checklists, ensuring accuracy and compliance for every payroll processed.
  • Respond to client and internal queries, troubleshooting issues and escalating where necessary.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in UK payroll processing (CIPP qualification desirable) ideally from a practice or payroll bureau background
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and identify opportunities for process improvement.
