We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to work on our Thames Water Metering contract. This is a remote working position.
As a Customer Service Advisor your duties and responsibilities will be:
* Handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer enquiries, and booking appointments
* Accurately capture data from calls to support the management team in the production of reports
* Work with the Customer Experience Manager and Team Leaders to raise the profile of Morrison Water Services and the delivery of customer service for our client
* Ensure any service failures or priority issues are escalated to the Customer Service Manager for action
* Assist in closing the loop on all customer contacts to ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction
* Maintain ownership of any customer issue through to resolution Strive to outperform personal and team targets Strive to outperform the Thames Water Service Level Agreements
