Operations Manager - Solar (North West)

Salary: £50,000-£60,000 per annum + Company Van + Additional Benefits

A leading solar energy company in the North West is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to join their high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal role.

What We're Looking For:
•Fully qualified Electrician with extensive electrical and solar experience
•18th Edition qualification
•Gold Card
•Recognised solar qualification
•Full UK driving licence
•Strong operational understanding and the ability to work both on-site and strategically
•Available to start January 2026

Role Overview:

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across all installations. The role is split approximately 50% on-site / 50% office or remote, supporting project delivery and team performance.
