Reward Manager - Global Infrastructure Hub

Are you a strategic and analytical Reward professional ready to make an impact in a fast-paced environment? A leading global infrastructure hub is seeking a Reward Manager to lead the delivery of market-aligned, commercially focused compensation and benefits solutions. This is a hybrid role with 3 days on-site

Key Responsibilities:

Lead large-scale cyclical reward activities and projects across compensation and/or benefits.
Act as the subject matter expert, providing governance, insights, and strategic direction.
Partner with internal stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Communications to deliver reward initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, market bench-marking, and external networking.
Manage relationships with external providers and ensure compliance with legal and market standards.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in reward or benefits management within a complex, fast-paced organisation.
Strategic mind set
Driving gender pay gap reporting
Strong analytical and technical excel skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
