Job Title: Mortgage & Protection Adviser
Location: Eccles
Salary: £35,000 basic with a £70,000 OTE—uncapped, with significant potential to exceed this based on performance.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm
About the position of Mortgage & Protection Adviser:
We're looking for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a high-performing team in Manchester.

CeMAP qualified with CAS status ideally, you'll bring a proven track record in a similar role, along with a passion for delivering outstanding service. Commission structure as follows:
Commission on a pro rata basis worked on a cumulative basis throughout the year.
£0 - £80,000 10%
£80,000 - £(phone number removed)%
£120,000 - £(phone number removed)%
£140,000 and above 35%
Responsibilities required for the role of Mortgage & Protection Adviser:
* Working closely with a busy estate agent, dealing with pre-qualified mortgage leads
* Assess clients' financial situations to identify suitable mortgage options
* Provide expert advice on "whole of market" mortgage products
* Providing tailored protection advice including life, critical illness, and income protection
* Liaising with lenders to facilitate/expedite the approval process, offering regular updates to clients
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
* Working closely with our in-house financial advisor, offering an additional service to clients if required
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and changes in mortgage regulations
* Working with attention to detail, maintaining high compliance standards under FCA guidelines
Experience required for the role of Mortgage & Protection Adviser:
* Proven track record within a similar role
* CeMap qualified, ideally with CAS status
* Results driven, able to find solutions
* Customer focused, with excellent communication skills
* Keen eye for detail
* Pro-active and motivated approach
