Conveyancing Assistant/ Paralegal Staines Office | Full-time | Office-based Salary: £30,000 (with future progression opportunities)

A growing and well-structured law firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant / Legal Support professional to join its busy Staines office. This role is ideal for someone seeking a stable career position for the next couple of years, with clear scope to review progression as the team continues to expand.

The office is predominantly conveyancing-focused and benefits from a strong, supportive team structure of 11–12 people, including experienced fee earners and support staff.

The Role Providing day-to-day support to the conveyancing team

Assisting with file management, documentation and correspondence

Liaising with clients, agents and other third parties

Supporting fee earners to ensure transactions progress efficiently

Contributing to a well-organised and collaborative office environment

The Ideal Candidate Experience in conveyancing support or legal administration (preferred but not essential)

Looking for a longer-term career role with development potential

Organised, proactive and able to work in a busy team environment

Comfortable in a fully office-based role (no hybrid working)

Open to progression into fee earning or qualification over time
