ProLegal are currently working with a leading Magic Circle Law Firm who are looking for high calibre Corporate Tax Lawyers to join their team working with international clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Associate to engage with a high level of client contact.



This team work on large corporate and financing transactions offering both domestic and crossborder advice for exciting Citybased and International clients from financial institutions, corporate entities, funds and governments.



You would be providing with UK and crossborder tax advice, ranging from standalone tax advisory mandates to transaction linked advice and working closely with colleagues from other offices, you will be involved in transactional planning, structuring and financing.

The successful candidate is likely to have:

- A strong academic record
- C.16 years post qualification experience
- Strong Corporate Tax experience obtained in a leading UK practice
- Be personable and ambitious as well as comfortable with a high level of client contact
