My client is a highly reputable and well-established firm based in Thame with roots dating back 170 years. With a strong presence in the market, they pride themselves on their commitment to professionalism and client satisfaction.

They are seeking a skilled Residential Property Solicitor to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 1 year or more PQE with experience in residential property including New Builds, freehold and leasehold sales.

You will work collaboratively within a team environment, benefiting from legal support while also being able to independently manage your workload and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

1. Comfortable working in a team environment, and happy to offer support to others.
2. Ability to be proactive and handle a busy workload
3. Experience in residential conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold on sales and purchases, new builds, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
