We are actively recruiting for a contract Help Desk Associate for our client in New York City:

Title: Service Desk Associate
Location: New York, NY
Duration: Contract
Schedule: M-F Full Time
Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer ServiceDesk, log incident and support level one issue resolution
  • Setup / Configuration of new computing devices (planned equipment replacement cycle)
  • Inventory existing equipment


  • The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years IT support experience
  • Min HS Diploma or Associate Degree (flexible, demonstrated IT support experience most critical)
  • Basic Knowledge: General windows PC support (Windows 7/10 operating systems, MS Office applications) *Windows and MAC knowledge important*
  • VM Ware / ESX experience
  • ServiceDesk ticketing tools and customer support skills
  • Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Ability to translate technical details to an end user
  • Desired knowledge of Apple OSX
