Full-Time Administrator (Maternity Cover)
📍 Brighouse | 💷 £26,000 per annum | ⏰ 40 hours per week | 📅 Immediate Start Available

We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis (40 hours/week). This role is initially to cover maternity leave, with the potential for review and adjustment to hours beyond the contract period.

🔍 Role Overview:

In this varied and hands-on administrative role, you will be responsible for supporting operational logistics across multiple areas, including fleet and facilities management. Key duties include:

* Managing calibration and lifting equipment logistics across operational sites.

* Ensuring fleet vehicle compliance, including booking MOTs, servicing, and repairs.

* Administering fuel card and fleet management systems; monitoring alerts and generating reports.

* Supporting fleet processes (e.g. tolls, vehicle purchase/sale, taxation).

* Monitoring and actioning facility checks, including legionella and fire safety systems.

* Maintaining accurate data records related to facilities, COSHH, IT, PPE, etc.

* Liaising with the HR Manager to track employee rest day compliance and follow up with site managers.

* Coordinating accommodation bookings for CVS employees and contractors.

* Managing supplies at the Brighouse site, including PPE, first aid kits, posters, and stationery.

* Providing clerical support such as data entry, document management, and filing.

* Handling phone calls with professionalism and strong customer service.

* Supporting day-to-day operations with general administrative tasks.

✅ What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.

* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer systems.

* Confidence in general clerical duties and administrative processes.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
