Location: Rotherham
Size of home: 2 bedded service
Service: OFSTED regulated home for children and young people with either LD or EBD and challenging behaviours.

Details:

Manage a brand-new children's home
Register with OFSTED as the manager of a new children's home
Work with RI to assist with the opening of the new service
Ensure all children have access to person-centered support
Ensure the service is compliant with OFSTED guidelines
Recruit, manage, develop and train the staff team
Delegate responsibilities to the home's deputy manager, ensuring the home is well-led in the manager's absence
Manage referrals
Manage the budget set out for the service
Manage safeguarding reports
Rotherham based
Salary:

£45,000 - £55,000
+ bonuses
Requirements:

NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
Depuy or management experience
Driving licence
