Your New TeamYou'll be joining a dynamic and forward-thinking tax incentives team that's passionate about helping businesses unlock value through HMRC reliefs. We advise on R&D tax credits, Patent Box claims, and Capital AllowancesYour New RoleAs a Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality advisory work across all the incentives we support. You'll lead on client relationships, manage deadlines, and become a trusted point of contact. You'll be hands-on with technical and numerical aspects of claims, preparing formal reports and summaries that showcase the innovation our clients are driving. You'll also be encouraged to take ownership of your development - staying sharp on HMRC guidance and legislation, and learning through real-world application.You'll be involved in:

• Leading client engagements and managing day-to-day communications
• Preparing technical documentation and supporting numerical claims for HMRC
• Reviewing claim workings and applying legislation to real scenarios
• Spotting opportunities to add value across the wider tax team and firm
• Proactively contributing to business development and growth

What You'll Need to Be Successful

• A solid understanding of R&D tax regimes, including SME and RDEC claims
• Experience preparing supporting documentation and reviewing numerical workings
• A passion for client service and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects across a varied portfolio
• Analytical skills and Excel capability to interpret and compile claim data
