Their Head office is in Southampton and have two other offices, one in Dartford and one in Exeter.They are a fast paced and thriving business who are in high demand for their friendly, professional, efficient service.About the New Build Mortgage Advisor roleAs a New Build Mortgage Broker, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate the process of obtaining financing for new construction properties. Your primary responsibility will be to assist homebuyers in securing suitable mortgage products tailored to their specific needs and the requirements of new build projects.This role is remote however, you’ll be building and maintaining relationships with New Build sites across the South East, visiting sites on a regular basis to generate new business.New Build Mortgage Advisor key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients seeking new build mortgages.
• Build and maintain relationships with new build developers, builders, and other industry professionals to stay informed about available properties and lending programs.
• Assess clients' financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility for new build mortgage products.
• Collaborate with lenders, underwriters, and other professionals involved in the mortgage process.
• Analyse and compare mortgage products from various lenders.
• Stay up to date with new build regulations, financing programs, and market trends to provide the most relevant and accurate guidance to clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the homebuying process, addressing clients' questions, concerns, and needs to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

The New Build Mortgage Advisor package

• Remote & Visiting new build site across the South East
• £30,000 basic 1 weekend worked out of 4.
• 2 days off during the week which are set days - Tuesday and Wednesday
• Up to 25% commission
• 25 days Holidays per year
• Excellent over target commission available
