Job Title: Junior Finance Business Partner

Location: Basingstoke

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £50,000 Plus Bonus and Benefits 

We are currently looking for a Junior Finance Business Partner to join our fantastic client in  t Basingstoke. The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance team to provide financial analysis and support to the business.

Responsibilities:

- Provide financial analysis and support to the Finance team

- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports

- Analyze financial data to identify trends and patterns

- Develop financial models to support decision-making

- Support the Finance team in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements

- Conduct variance analysis to identify areas for improvement

- Assist in the preparation of business cases for new projects and initiatives

- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support as required

Requirements:

- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
