They are needing someone to start from next week where possible.

• Bradford, BD4
• Transitioning from Living at home to independent living for the first time
• Diagnoses : Learning Disabilities, Peg Feed for Meds only (Drinks/Eats Orally)
• General Independence support : Hygiene, food preparation, encouraging routines (Accessing the community during the day only)
• Personal Care (AM - Strip Wash, Brush Hair and Teeth) (PM - Intimate Personal Care, Full Wash)
• Waking Nights - 9pm to 9am
