Our client, a dynamic and growing corporate group, is looking for a talented Recoveries Case Handler to join their friendly team in Chester.

Position: Recoveries Case Handler
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per year, plus the opportunity to earn monthly commission
Hours: Full Time, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (60-minute lunch break) or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)
Location: Chester City Centre

What You'll Do:
As a Recoveries Case Handler, you will be at the heart of our busy Recoveries Department. Your role will involve:

Managing new cases from inception to completion.
Maintaining a personal caseload and keeping up-to-date with each case.
Producing template and free-format letters for various communications.
Driving the recovery of debt income efficiently.
Regularly updating the Management team on case progress.
Seeking legal guidance from in-house solicitors as necessary.
