To work with and assist Despatch Supervisor.
* To be able to cover Despatch Supervisor while on Annual leave.
* High volumes of Data entry, accuracy is essential.
* Correctly labelling packages and ensuring despatch.
* Answering and dealing with Customer service calls.
* Good IT skills and a pleasant telephone manner are essential.
* Involved with stock control and maintaining stock inventory
Working hours Monday-Friday 12.00noon until 6.00pm.
