Job Description:
We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a welcoming school in Redditch. This role is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of the KS1 and KS2 curriculum and the ability to adapt to diverse classroom needs. ECTs are encouraged to apply and will be supported in their professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging lessons across KS1 and/or KS2

Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment

*

Adapt teaching to meet the needs of pupils with SEND

*

Foster academic and personal growth in all learners

*

Collaborate with colleagues to plan and assess effectively

Required Experience:

Strong understanding of the KS1 and KS2 curriculum

*

Experience or understanding of supporting pupils with SEND

*

Excellent classroom management and behaviour strategies

*

QTS is required (including ECTs)
