Internal Recruiter - Fashion

Duration: 3 MonthLocation: West LondonRate: £185/dayWorking Pattern: 80% office / 20% WFH

Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their head office team. You'll manage recruitment across Buying, Merchandising, Design, Marketing, E-commerce, Finance, and Supply Chain, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and hiring top talent aligned with our brand.

Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent, contract, and freelance roles.

• Work with hiring managers to define requirements and plans.

• Write job adverts and source talent via LinkedIn, industry platforms, and direct outreach.

• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and organise panels/assessments.

• Handle offers, negotiations, and onboarding handovers.

Stakeholders

• Build relationships with hiring managers and advise on trends, salaries, and best practices.

• Support inclusive interview processes.

Employer Branding & Projects

• Assist employer branding (social media, careers pages, Glassdoor).

• Support internships, graduate programs, apprenticeships, and DE&I initiatives.

• Manage agency relationships and PSLs.

Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain ATS data and produce reports.

• Ensure recruitment follows employment law and company policies.

• Experience in internal recruitment or agency, ideally in fashion, retail, or creative industries.

• Knowledge of head office roles and fashion business structure.

• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.

• Skilled in sourcing via LinkedIn and social media.

• Familiar with ATS (Greenhouse, Workable, Lever).

• Passionate about people, fashion, and culture.

• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
