We are seeking an Accounts Payable professional for a temporary position. The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining all processes related to accounts payable within the Accounting and Finance department

Description

Processing invoices and managing the accounts payable ledger.
Reconciling supplier statements and ensuring payments are made in a timely manner.
Assisting with month-end processes and reporting.
Helping with the preparation of VAT returns.
Communicating with suppliers and resolving any payment related queries.
Working closely with the finance team to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters.
Supporting other team members in the Accounting and Finance department as required.
Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of financial information.Profile

As the successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:

Proven experience in Accounts Payable.
Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
