You will oversee the full digital marketing strategy, including budget management and return on investment, while leading and developing a high-performing team.

Description of the role:

Leading a team of 4 and liaise across departments internally
Overseeing performance of the website and app
Leading digital projects
Working with agency partners on paid media, SEO and CRM activity
Present insights and provide recommendations
Overseeing all brand, PR and content campaigns

About you:

Experience within a Marketing Manager or Senior Digital role
Proven experience of revenue growth
Analytical skills, being able to provide insights and reporting
Experience of managing marketing budgets
Able to lead and motivate a small team
