As Operations Manager, you will:

Lead and manage production, warehouse, and logistics teams to meet daily operational targets
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external quality and safety standards
Oversee procurement and stock control of raw materials and packaging supplies
Coordinate with maintenance teams to address mechanical and electrical issues
Maintain accurate production records and ensure smooth delivery operations
Support senior management with strategic planning and operational insights
As Operations Manager, you will have:

A solid background in manufacturing, ideally with experience handling raw materials
At least 3 years' experience in a similar operations or production management role
Strong leadership and team development skills
Knowledge of health & safety regulations and quality compliance standards
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
