Description

• Develop and execute creative design concepts for retail projects.
• Gather inspiration from trips across the UK and globally.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure designs align with brand guidelines.
• Produce high-quality visuals and samples for presentations and approvals.
• Maintain consistency across all design outputs within the department.
• Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate fresh ideas into projects.
• Manage multiple design projects within deadlines and budgets.
• Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers when needed.

Profile

A successful Senior Designer should have:

• 7+ years working with a supplier (preferably) to UK high street brands.
• Experience in jerseywear is a must, and casual wovens graphic direction would be a plus.
• A strong portfolio showcasing experience in retail design within the fashion industry.
• Ideally experience working with Bangladesh.
• An eye for detail and a creative mindset to produce compelling designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams.
• The ability to manage workloads and deliver projects on time.
