Our client is offering a Workshop based role where you can develop your technical skills whilst maintaining a great work life balance.

On offer is a workshop technician role, where you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance and inspection of their product, you will be offered additional training on a variety of different techniques to increase your skill set but previous experience within a workshop setting is essential. The ideal candidate will also have previous experience within fabrication and composite bonding.

The role would suit a mechanically biased individual with some fabrication experience looking to get into a role that they can get their teeth into.

What will you be doing?

• Days based Workshop Role.
• Repairing the product to OEM requirements.
• Repair activities include cleaning, sanding, cutting, bonding, filling and spray painting.
• Technical training on a variety of materials and equipment.

What do you need to have?

• Previous experience within a workshop setting is essential.
• Experience within composite bonding and fabrication is advantageous.
• Understanding of health and safety fundamentals.
• Excellent communication skills, English as main language.
• Above average hand, eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Trustworthy & honest.
• Own transport due to location of the position

Hours:

Monday to Thursday - 8.30am to 5.00pm

Friday - 8.30am to 2.30pm
