TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project in London. They are looking for experienced Multi Traders to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team, working on a long-term social housing contract.

This is a permanent position, suitable for someone looking for long-term employment.

The work will cover reactive maintenance to clients within social housing, private domestic, and small commercial properties, in Maidstone and surrounding areas.

MAIN DUTIES

* Using a handheld device, inspect jobs and report findings to the office for them to quote.

* Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades related repair requests.

* Various domestic maintenance tasks.

* Responsive maintenance.

* To ensure that the quality of work always meets the highest possible standards.

* Undertake all work efficiently and cost effectively, minimising non-productive time wherever possible and reporting any difficulties encountered to the Resource Controller and /or Supervisor.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM
Pay: £36'000 Per annum
Company vehicle and fuel card provided.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

* NVQ trade qualification(s)

* Multi trade experience

* Full current driving licence.

* A DBS check is required before commencement of role
