We are seeking an experienced Hardware Engineer / Electronics Engineer to join a growing engineering team delivering full lifecycle electronic product development — from initial specification through to production.

This is a hands-on role suited to a mid-senior engineer (4+ years' experience) who enjoys taking ownership of complex electronic hardware designs and working directly with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Electronic hardware design from concept to production

*

Schematic capture and multi-layer PCB design (2-8 layers, mixed-signal)

*

Design using MCU/MPU, RF systems, DC-DC & AC-DC power, analog and digital circuitry, FPGA and memory devices

*

Hardware validation, testing and debugging using lab equipment

*

Board bring-up and production support

*

Apply DFT, DFM, DFP and Design for Compliance (DfC) principles

*

Produce clear technical documentation

*

Provide technical support and guidance to customers

Required Experience

*

Minimum 4 years' experience in hardware / electronics design

*

Strong experience in PCB design and schematic capture

*

Hands-on experience in hardware testing and debugging

*

Experience delivering full product lifecycle development

*

Familiarity with mixed-signal embedded systems and IoT-style architectures

*

Experience with Altium Designer (preferred) or other eCAD tools such as Eagle, KiCAD, Fusion or PADS

*

Previous customer-facing or consultancy experience desirable
