The Regional Manager, Client Services is responsible for trouble shooting all issues related to client and facility satisfaction and supports the Business Development.
Education: BS or BA in Healthcare, Human Relations, or related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Minimum of three years experience in a customer service related field or activities intersecting with health care and service-oriented businesses.
Licensure: Not required.
Interface with Field Services and Business Development to resolve issues or concerns regarding facilities and/or patients.
Develop recommendations to achieve favorable outcomes for resolution of issues or concerns.
Maintain necessary paperwork, files and logs as required.
Perform facility onboarding responsibilities as required.
Participate in the continuous analysis of the changing health care environment/market.
Adhere to timelines as requested.
Attend all meetings and conferences as requested.
Adhere to company, department, personnel and standard policies and procedures.
Support company-wide quality/performance improvement goals and objectives.
Maintain confidentiality of company employees and client information.
All other duties, projects, or special assignment as assigned.
Must be able to self-manage.
Ability to use critical thinking skills to affect favorable outcomes.
