The role will involve:

• Supporting students in the classroom with their learning across various subjects
• Assisting the teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
• Working with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning and encourage participation
• Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Helping monitor student progress and reporting observations to teaching staff

Ideal candidates will have:
• Previous experience working with secondary-aged students (desirable but not essential)
• A proactive and flexible attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
